There are two specific pieces of legislation that cover road pressure / vacuum tankers. These require the operator to ensure regular tank inspections are carried out by a competent inspection body. VJ Engineering provides inspections and certification covering both: · The Carriage of Dangerous Goods and the Use of Transportable Pressure Equipment Regulation 2009, Statutory Instrument 2009 No. 1348 · The Pressure Systems Safety Regulation 2000, Statutory Instrument No. 128 We can implement an inspection schedule which is suited to your particular circumstances and operational requirements. Our main objective is to ensure that your fleet remains safe for ongoing use as well as ensuring you comply with the current legislation.
